Born in 1997, Michael graduated from Central High School in 2015, and completed two years is at Fresno City College. He's an enthusiastic fisherman, and caught the biggest trout on a trip to Lake Almanor in the summer of 2010, as well as another five big ones in 2013 and more in 2017. He's a huge baseball fan, and follows the Fresno Grizzlies and the San Francisco Giants, cheering them to two World Series championships in three years, after a 56 year dry spell. He played on the Fresno Junior Monsters travel hockey team, which won the Bantam A level NORCAL Championship in the spring of 2012, and finished first in the league in 2013. In June 2019 he completed training at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation academy. He started his career as a correctional officer at High Desert Prison in Susanville and in January 2021 transferred to California State Prison in Corcoran, 50 miles from his former home in Fresno.. |
