Michael
turned eleven in July 2008 and recently referred to himself as a
"pre-teen." He watches every hockey game on TV that he can and is a
Colorado Avalanche fan. He's playing hockey in the Gateway Ice Center
in-house program, on a tournament team. He's played in San Francisco,
Berkeley, Santa Rosa, Stockton, Las Vegas, and at the HP Pavilion in San
Jose following a regular Sharks game, as well as several tournament teams at
home. Starting in 2007, Mikie became a huge baseball fan and loves to
play. He follows the Fresno Grizzlies (San Francisco Giants Triple-A farm
team), attending as many games as possible, and has been to major league
games in San Francisco and Oakland. He's also a top student at McKinley Elementary. |
